There are so many exciting things to do in summer! It's extra special for Lottie as she usually goes to school when Daddy is at work, but she has six whole weeks to play outside with Humphrey. Sometimes Daddy has days off too! She misses art class and her teacher the most, but there are lots of fun things to do before school starts again! Humphrey, Lottie and Baby Jack have been to the seaside, and Humphrey even went in the sea with Daddy… and Mummy took a picture of the sandcastle they built because it was the biggest one on the beach! Mummy took Humphrey, Lottie and Baby Jack to a special farm for a fun day out. She waited until they got there to tell them what was special about the farm, and everyone was very excited. Humphrey thought it took forever to get there… When they arrived Mummy helped Lottie read the sign. "Pick your own" it said... they were going to pick their very own strawberries! Mummy said it wasn't a competition but Lottie thought she would pick the most anyway. It was really fun and Humphrey liked finding them, especially the really big ones… When everyone looked at how many they had, Lottie had the most just like she'd said.
